To celebrate the flavors of summer we put together this Farmers Market Tasting.  Second course of Yellow Tail Crudo, with the works, other courses included, heirloom tomatoes & Bufula mozzarella, whole roasted snapper calabrian chile & sweet corn arrabiatta, Maine Lobster Carneroli Risotto, Ciocollati & Ciligieni.
