Notes on ingredients

Ingredients & Procurement is important to helping “Make Us Different!”  Ingredients and specialty foods are chosen for their superior characteristics, flavors, freshness, and artisan qualities.  We purchase our ingredients from our extensive list of purveyors, markets, ethnic markets, farmers markets, butchers, fishmongers, bakers, and craftsman, who provide us an interesting selection of products from the land, sea, and forests.

We look to the seasons, tradition, cultural roots, “Farm to Kitchen,” and the “Bounty of the Harvest” to understand the importance of seasonal & quality products at the table.  Whenever possible, we focus on the important terms of Sustainable, Natural, and Organic, and purchase products with fewer ingredient counts.  Let us know if this is important to you!  We support “Local,” food companies and chefs!

Words on cooking

World Kitchen’s cooking range is rustic to food arts and basic to complex, with artful presentation from simple to bountiful, featuring all sorts of interesting Cuisines and Menu Themes, pairs with matching serving platters, chef tools, cookware and tableware.

Our chefs culinary experience is diverse, including familiar cooking from America, Regional American, Mexico, Europe, and Asia, offering Family Friendly Foods, Fine Dining, The Classics, & Farm to Table.  We also cook Many interesting World Cuisines, hence the company name, as we love their global flavors & street food, and all their associated spices chilies, ethnic sauces and hot sauces.

In cooking we concentrate on flavor, aroma, texture of the ingredients, and technique to create well-balanced and flavorful menus.
