....he's even done New Years Eve parties for us where we’ve had 75 guests coming and going... After one New Years Eve party, when all the guests had left, we confided to David that we had been too busy talking and entertaining to sample all the wonderful sushi and small plates he’d prepared for our guests that evening. Barely skipping a beat, David pulled together another dinner for our family and our houseguests...at 2 am!
I have traveled the world, tasting many dishes by many different, varied and talented chefs, but Chef David's creations are spectacular in presentation, flavor and creativity. I still remember my delightment at the deliciousness of his "Big Sphere & the Ocean Floor" dish. I've never experienced something as visually intriguing and palate stimulating as this dish with its flavors, textures and design.
If you're looking for fancy comfort food, I couldn't recommend David more highly. Everyone in the group raved about it for days!
My husband and I have used David to cater several times and have been to other dinner parties he has done. His food is delicious and he is an absolute pleasure to work with! He even showed me how to make tiramisu which was wonderful. Not to be missed are his cassoulet and risotto!
We’ve had David cook for both more intimate dinner gatherings, as well as large dinner parties. We’ve had him cater a business retreat, as well as more intimate and elegant five course dinners for 16 guests.
He doesn’t flinch when the number of dinner guests is more than originally expected, or if some of the guests have diet restrictions.
David can put together a beautiful and elegant 9 course meal or an Asian dinner or Italian feast with equal finesse.
Chef David is a culinary wizard who has delighted us over the years with delicious and creative food, whether the task involved made-ahead meals for weeknight convenience, plated, multi-course feasts for a small group of family and friends or buffet bashes for a hundred or more.
