I had the pleasure of putting together a sushi party for a client’s birthday.  They wanted a full Japanese inspired birthday dinner, so we accommodated!  We turned their entire house into a sushi bar.  Our Sushi Chef has more than 27 years of experience and has been essential in creating the best eclectic mix of sushi, sashimi and nigiri platters.

To further expand on our Japanese theme, we also created a build your ramen bar with cider brined pork belly, my signature orange orange orange dish, and a mix of Japanese dumplings.
