Having owned a Cheese Shop, I have a strong background in cheese and Charcuterie and love crafting beautiful and delicious combinations.  They almost always feature our own World Kitchen Pickles, made from our signature pickling solution – an old-fashioned brine.  We selected some locally sources artisan salami and a host of accompaniments including mustard for the pop of acidity.
