Peking Duck Four Ways served family style for the first course on Christmas Day.  Moulard Duck Breast, Confit Leg, Duck and Armagnac Sausage, & Duck Crackling, Served with Steamed Bun, Scallions, Saigon Hoisin Sauce, Rambutan, Shisito Peppers, and Winter Pickles.
